Prin bifarea căsuței, confirm că sunt de acord cu executarea contractului înainte de expirarea perioadei de retragere. Am luat la cunoștință că dreptul meu de retragere expiră la începutul executării contractului. Am citit și sunt de acord cu termenii și condițiile.
Înțeleg și accept că nu se pot face restituiri pentru tranzacțiile încheiate cu succes, în cazul în care mă răzgândesc în legătură cu suma de credit, în cazul în care am greșit numărul sau pentru orice alt motiv.
Este responsabilitatea mea să înțeleg și să accept faptul că reîncărcările și codurile de reîncărcare sunt produse digitale intangibile. Prin urmare, PPay.ro nu va efectua restituiri odată ce plata a fost efectuată cu succes și produsele sau serviciile au fost livrate electronic.
Codurile de reîncărcare, respectiv reîncărcările, sunt exclusiv pentru rețelele de telefonie din România. Reîncărcările pentru rețelele Digi Spania și Digi Italia sunt destinate exclusiv acelor țări.
Aceste bunuri digitale nu necesită livrare fizică.
Conform Legii comerțului electronic (Legea 365/2002, cu modificările aduse prin Legea 121/2006) – „Art. 7 Validitatea, efectele juridice și proba contractelor încheiate prin mijloace electronice:
(1) Contractele încheiate prin mijloace electronice produc toate efectele recunoscute de lege contractelor, atunci când sunt îndeplinite condițiile cerute de lege pentru validitatea acestora.
(2) Pentru validitatea contractelor încheiate prin mijloace electronice, nu este necesar consimțământul prealabil al părților asupra utilizării mijloacelor electronice.
(3) Proba încheierii contractelor prin mijloace electronice și a obligațiilor care rezultă din aceste contracte este supusă dispozițiilor dreptului comun în materie de probă și prevederilor Legii nr. 455/2001 privind semnătura electronică.”
Conform excepției prevăzute de art. 16 din OUG nr. 34/2014, privind drepturile consumatorilor în cadrul contractelor încheiate cu profesioniști, precum și pentru modificarea și completarea unor acte normative, CREDITELE DE REÎNCĂRCARE TELEFONICĂ NU POT FI RETURNATE și nu sunt necesare prevederile speciale privind garanția și service-ul aplicat asupra produsului/serviciului. Aceeași excepție se aplică și reîncărcărilor pentru televiziunea prin satelit, de aceea, CREDITUL DE REÎNCĂRCARE FOCUS SAT NU POATE FI RETURNAT.
REÎNCĂRCĂRILE EFECTUATE PRIN INTERMEDIUL ACESTUI SITE SUNT DESTINATE EXCLUSIV PERSOANELOR FIZICE. Utilizatorii acceptă că serviciile noastre sunt oferite în regim B2C (Business to Consumer) și nu sunt disponibile pentru entități juridice sau firme (B2B – Business to Business). Orice tentativă de a efectua reîncărcări către conturi asociate cu persoane juridice va fi considerată nulă, iar site-ul își rezervă dreptul de a anula astfel de tranzacții fără notificare prealabilă. În cazul anulării unei tranzacții, utilizatorul va avea dreptul la restituirea sumelor plătite, conform politicii noastre de returnare a fondurilor.

It is my responsibility to understand and accept that top-ups and top-up codes are intangible digital products. Therefore, PPay.ro will not issue refunds once the payment has been successfully completed and the products or services have been delivered electronically.
The top-up codes, respectively the top-ups, are exclusively for Romanian telephone networks. The top-ups for the Digi Spain and Digi Italy networks are intended solely for those countries.
These digital goods do not require physical delivery.
According to the Electronic Commerce Law (Law 365/2002, as amended by Law 121/2006) – “Art. 7 Validity, legal effects, and evidence of contracts concluded by electronic means:
(1) Contracts concluded by electronic means produce all the effects recognized by law for contracts when the conditions required by law for their validity are met.
(2) For the validity of contracts concluded by electronic means, the prior consent of the parties regarding the use of electronic means is not necessary.
(3) Proof of the conclusion of contracts by electronic means and the obligations resulting from these contracts is subject to the provisions of common law regarding evidence and the provisions of Law No. 455/2001 regarding electronic signatures.”
According to the exception provided by art. 16 of GEO no. 34/2014, regarding consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, as well as for the modification and completion of certain normative acts, MOBILE PHONE RECHARGE CREDITS CANNOT BE RETURNED and special provisions regarding warranty and service applied to the product/service are not necessary. The same exception applies to recharges for satellite television; therefore, the FOCUS SAT RECHARGE CREDIT CANNOT BE RETURNED.
RECHARGES MADE THROUGH THIS SITE ARE INTENDED EXCLUSIVELY FOR INDIVIDUALS. Users agree that our services are offered in a B2C (Business to Consumer) format and are not available for legal entities or companies (B2B – Business to Business). Any attempt to perform recharges to accounts associated with legal entities will be considered null and void, and the site reserves the right to cancel such transactions without prior notice. In the event of a transaction cancellation, the user will be entitled to a refund of the amounts paid, in accordance with our refund policy.
